TO REGISTER IN CONNECTICUT YOU MUST:
*be a United states citizen;
*be a resident of a Connecticut town;
*A new Constitutional amendment passed in November 2008 which allows a 17 years old to vote in a primary if the voter will be 18 years old by the election in November;
*have completed sentence if previously convicted of a felony and have had your voting rights restored by Registrar.
IF YOU MOVE:
You must fill out a new voter registration card if you have moved to a new town.
