INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSE COMMISSION (IWWC). The IWWC is established by an ordinance. The commission consists of seven (7) members. The Commission reviews and grants wetlands permits and makes declaratory rulings regarding development activities within a designated wetlands or within a one hundred (100) foot buffer zone of the wetlands.
