GRANBY LIBRARY BOARD. The Library Board is organized by the Town Ordinance “Establishing A Town-Wide Library System”. The board consists of nine (9) members. The duties of the Library Board are to be responsible for the library service in the Town of Granby; establishing standards of library operation, and planning and implementing improvements of library services.
